Michael has been practising in the Stoney Creek and Hamilton area for over 10 years and is the founder of Grechi Carter Hamilton. His practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate law, private mortgage financing and Corporate/Commercial law. Michael enjoys advising clients on structuring various business and real estate ventures including purchasing and selling real estate, real estate development, incorporations, partnership agreements and business restructuring.
Before entering law, Michael attended York University and thereafter attended Queen’s University Faculty of Law where he later articled in Toronto for the Ministry of the Attorney General. Michael is a member of the Hamilton Law Association.
